Korea's Largest and Largest National Museum
In the past, the number of visitors was the 1st in Asia and the 10th in the world, with 330,000 collections of artifacts.

Many of the artifacts in the National History Book are housed here.

In the case of video recordings, the details of the Korean War were detailed. Foreigners who watch the video during the Korean War are surprisingly many.

SEOUL LIGHT FESTIVAL in DDP(Dongdaemun Design Plaza)

SEOUL LIGHT (DDP Public Light) turns the outer wall of Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) building into a huge exhibition hall with public screens.
Media designer Refik Anadol participates as main writer, and Min Se-hee works as the general director.

We collected photos showing the past of Seoul and Dongdaemun and Seoul photo data taken by citizens.
This is interpreted by AI and machine learning technology, and recombined to express light and image.
Through the voluntary participation of citizens, we plan to capture various stories in the works.

DDP is a multi-cultural complex located at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station in Seoul, Korea. Since its foundation on March 21, 2014, DDP has staged diverse cultural events including exhibitions, fashion shows, product launch shows, forums, conferences and various cultural events.

DDP is where new design trends begin and cultures are exchanged. It is a venue that introduces new products and fashion trends, that shares knowledge through exhibitions, and that offers diverse contents to experience new design. Through these activities, DDP will be the hub of the design and fashion industry that will expand to Asia and the world.

<Plot>
King Sejong made Hangeul.
In 1418, Taejong abolishes the three-year-old Yang Ning, who leads a prodigal life, and raises Chung Ning, who lives in a book.

How to go :
Get off at exit No. 3 of Jonggak Station line1 and turn around the Kumkang Shoe Building. Go straight about 200meters on the Insa-Dong street and then turn left.
Get off at exit No. 6 of Anguk Station line3 and go straight about 300 meters on the Insa-Dong Street and then turn right.

Experience programs are held in either English or Chinese, depending on which language the majority of participants understand.
